I was desperate for some peace and relaxation.
I had had some severe back problems; in fact I had to close my catering business because of        back pain due to misalignment and disc damage. At first I got into a very deep relaxed state.
Then my body started to shudder and within a few seconds, my spine and all my joints felt         completely aligned. According to my chiropractor, my back is in perfect condition and        shows no signs of damage. Most important to me, I have been pain free since then.
